MISSION STATEMENT

Welch HVAC, Inc. is a full-service mechanical company focused solely on K-12 school work in the DFW area. Our mission is to develop long term relationships with school districts and general contractors through honesty, fair pricing, high quality work, and quick response times. It is our goal to be the best HVAC contractor in K-12 school work in the DFW area.



Welch HVAC, Inc. provides combination mechanical systems installation that is focused solely on K-12 School work. Our experience and high-quality staff of dedicated senior executive individuals will strive to be the Prime school contractor in the DFW area.

We accomplish this by giving the Owner the product they want with the service they expect. HVAC work in schools is not highly specialized. The real difference is in our response and treatment of the school district. They want honesty. They want fair pricing. They want commitment. They want quick responses.

We will focus on long term relationships through quick service response and thorough understanding of the building systems. It is our people, dedication and pricing that will ultimately create relationships.
