With the everyday changing of technology, Welch HVAC understands the importance of continual training for it’s employees on the newest technology. Our employees’ certifications include but not limited to; first aid, CPR, OSHA 10, OSHA 30, aerial lifts, fall protection, rough terrain fork lifts, and EPA certifications.
Team Building
Welch HVAC undergoes the significance of education and investing in their employees. Team building is just one of the technics Welch HVAC uses to build trust, mitigate conflicts, and encourages communication.
Community Involvement
Welch HVAC is involved in helping build school programs that fosters opportunities for trades, not just HVAC or plumbing, but for all trades. By partnering with local school districts and sponsoring fundraising events for scholarships and teacher grant funds, Welch HVAC has the opportunity to make a difference.
